hidden treasures

In 2007, I discovered this special place I call Mango Hill. My first vision was to create a café/wine bar where I would welcome guests in song and invite actors, poets, and local talent to the stage. The idea transformed to a “voluntourism” retreat center for creatives, students , educators, and global volunteers and in 2016, the land was cleared in preparation.  

As often happens, life took a turn and the decision to develop the land was replaced with other priorities. We captured the results of our labor in the video and in many of the photos we share here.  While natural growth hides some of what we revealed three years ago, the land's beautiful potential is awaiting rediscovery by its new owner.
